No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. . The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. Dr. Duncan-Cody is the best doctor I've had in years and why I keep going back.

Dr cody is the most caring provider and now a friend to me. I know she cant do this with everyone but I was alone in memphis no family and she took me to my dr appt made sure they treated me with care and priority and took me home to her house after where her and her husband helped me for 2 days her heart is what makes her a great provider and thats what we all want ssomeone with a heart when we are at our low point

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
