I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They've never used foul language. They were polite and courteous. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
