My mother is a patient of this doctor. For the past two weeks, she has been waiting for Dr. Pagliarulo or his nurse to complete her forms to get her diabetic supplies, and no one is doing anything. Her insurance company, Windsor Medicare, states that they have faxed her forms FIVE times and still have not received a response. I spoke with a woman today who says she has not received anything. My mother's diabetic supplies are expensive. What's the purpose of her having a diabetic machine and she CANNOT test her blood sugar? I cannot understand why these people are always SO busy to complete them and fax back. This is the most inefficient office I have ever seen.
