I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I have already recommended them to my friends and loved ones. I was so impressed with their care and treatment!

Their office was busy but upbeat and friendly. The noise level was low, which is very important to me. Waiting and exam rooms were clean and pleasant, no strong odors or perfume/cologne (which would trigger a migraine in me). I have a condition that is difficult to dx and treat. Dr. Jim always explains the hows and whys of illness and treatments. He is mindful of financial burden (no insurance) He listens to, and adresses, my concerns and questions with patience.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
