I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
