I take reviews seriously, since it effects a person's livelihood, but I can't help but give a negative review about Dr. Tanenbaum's office. After seeing him for a rash, his answer was just, "I don't know what it is," and I was on my way to a more knowledgeable dr. My husband made several appointments to get some simple moles removed, and the scatterbrained, ditzy front staff called at the last minute to cancel more than once, and another time didn't even have him in their schedule. After waiting 6 months for an appt, they finally sent a letter a week before his latest schedule appt to cancel because they "just can't make us happy." Too bad it was sent to the wrong address. They got one thing right. They definitely cannot make us happy. Sorely disappointed at the lack of concern about their patients, especially from the IQ challenged front desk.
