They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. Nothing was accomplished during my appointment. I was extremely dissatisfied with both the doctor and how things went. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They did not treat my pain i was in worse pain after i left than i was before.I had a nerve block done that did not work and when I called in to report that I was in extreme pain I was told i would just have to wait until my next appointment.Very dissapointed and still in pain.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my visit went and how helpful the doctor was. It really went well. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. Everyone was very sensitive to the fact that I was nervous since this was my first visit to manage severe pain.

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
