Dr. Pruitt and Staff are alwasys helpful and willing to answer any of my questions. All of my kids see Dr. Pruitt. My oldest is 16 and youngest 2 and I have always been pleased with her service. She is very thorough and takes her time and makes my kids and I feel welcomed. My kids are also comfortable with her and don't fear doctor visits. Dr. Pruitt is always professional and knowlegable in her conversation with me. She has a great nurse staff that are also professional and take their time with my kids. I have referred family and friends who are also pleased with Dr. Pruitt and her staff.

I wasn't entirely convinced that they had my child's best interest in mind. They didn't seem overly untrustworthy, but I wasn't comfortable bringing my child back. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
