As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

I would not recommend anyone to go here! I switch to this Practice from a Practice in Pickens looking for a more caring Doctor but didnt happen. I have type 2 Diabetes and my doctor here did not once treat me for it! Would not give me anything for my neuropathy pain and tells me there is nothing she could do anymore. She would not return my calls and always say she is booked and I couldnt even make an Apt! What kind of

Practice is this?
