Dr. Kulka has the best interest of the patient at heart. He keeps up on the latest treatments and equipment and his entire office is very professional.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here..
My mother hasd bad side effects a nubmer of years ago with medicine he prescribed. I asked for somethig n else. He refused. He was rude and arrogant and did not have my mother's best interests at heart. He ignored our legal rights.
