I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Definitely not. They didn't know anything about immunizations

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Not really, they discouraged any sort of outside advice

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
