They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
