I saw orozocco, who is a very sweet crnp but is apparantly over booked and over worked as she sorta said so. I had to wait a long time and no one came to my room to say she is running late. She seemed out of sorts I had to tell her things she should of known. Very nice but sora ditzy. The office could be cleaner in exam room and the lady was sorta casual with sterile procedure sorta grossed me out. She was very kind just not all there. This was twice by way not just once. The staff is great and they return calls etc...
I just would rather go somewhere cleaner and where the crnp is more on the ball. I will try the new crnp who just returned from time off see it thats any better she is younger.

They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
