I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
