A RSD/CRPS group recommended Dr. Knobler to me, after spending year trying to get help. Dr. Knobler's staff made sure I knew upfront their pricing and insurance standards. His first apointment was very thorough. He recognized that the pain I was experiencing was separate than my CRPS, and ordered a MRI. His diagnosis was straight to the point- I needed surgery. This was not stated easily by him, especially with a patient that has CRPS. He recommended a Neurosurgeon that he was very familiar with. I checked into his diagnosis and the Neurosurgeon, and trusted the Diagnosis. I had such damage to my cervical spine that a fall could have paralyzed me. After years of doctors, Dr. Knobler went right to the root of my problem. I had the surgery which went very smoothly and most all pain related to this area is gone or diminishing. Dr. Knobler is easy to trust. Thank you!!!!

There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research.
