I've been going here for years. Mark always listens to my concerns and give sound advice. I also appreciate that Mark allows me to voice an opinion regarding recommended precriptions. He's easy to talk with and is "on the level." Definitely recommended.

Yes, it was downright irritating!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
