This was the first doctor's office since I was a little girl that made me feel like was in a home rather than a scary office. When I am in the waiting area I talk to ALL other patients. I tend to talk a lot to strangers. (sorry mom) They were in the start up phases- so at first I was hearing about issues with timing and what seemed to some "a long wait". But since that first visit all I hear is about the customer service and how friendly, caring, and down to earth they are.
On my first visit I had to wait a little bit. They brought me hot chocolate and checked in to talk to me every so often. Since that visit, they have been awesome. Even one time I went to the office just for blood work and still had a nagging ear infection. They immediately had me in the room to see the doctor cause they did not want me to wait for another script of antibotics for my continued infection.
Every call to the office and all questions asked are answered. In fact, Dr. Greenfield explains to me the medical reasons and makes me feel like part of my treatment. Again something I have not seen in any doctors office since at least 25 years. He did not treat me like some idiot that can not make medical decisions or understand medical issues. So many times I have had doctors who just walk in, look at a chart, ask without listening to your major complaint, and send you baffled as to what the scripts are for in your hand . Not Dr Greenfield; he explains everytrhing. I can truly say this is the first doctor that I have liked in the last 25 years. (showing my age... eh .)

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are friendly, informative and professional, and the wait is comparatively short. All staff are pleasantly happy to answer questions and explain treatment options. The nurse practioner, Vanessa, (who I see most often), has a sincere desire to help her patients, and is extremely compassionate and easy to talk to. She is also extremely knowledgeable and also not afraid to tell you if she does not know something, and refer you to one of the MD's in the office. The office was easy enough to find. Also, it is easy to call them if you have a question, calls are always returned.

Best Doctors office I've ever been to! Whoever "Deb" is that says its filthy and they don't have credentials displayed either has never been to Dr Green fields Frackville office or is completely lying! The office is very clean, warm and home-like. The staff is extremely caring, friendly, and very skilled. Dr Greenfield is not only professional and caring he is down to earth and easy to talk with, takes his time with you and explains everything. All my questions and concerns were answered and I have nothing but respect and gratitude for him and his entire staff. As for the wait time, EVERY doctors office has a wait time! But the wait is not ridiculous and they make you so comfortable while you do wait. They give extra attention, care and concern as well as respect to you when your there and I wouldn't trade that for anything. I always recommend Dr Greenfield and his staff in Frackville to everyone I know!
