I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
