The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Dr. Finelli is a no nonsense professional that gave clear, concide direction on how to treat my condition on a "go-forward" basis. I am glad I went to her office!!!

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
