Lesley has been my primary care physician for close to 5 years. She's always been very helpful and knowledgeable and I can talk to her about anything. I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes or so for an appointment at Inland Shores and I'm very happy there!

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
