They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've had my last 3 babies there and would recommend it to any one I know. Dr Sargent is GREAT!

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
