Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.

If this is what you base your reason on whether or not to see a doctor, you're stupid and need to go see a psych. Dr. Mourany is one of the best doctors around, he has saved my sisters' life (literally) when she had west nile, has been taking care of me since I was born and has saved my ears and hearing, and has been taking care of my family. He is an amazing doctor, extremely educated, and is a very sympathetic and caring individual who actually does his job because he cares and enjoys helping people.
Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. HE IS THE BEST. LOVE HIM AND HIS STAFF. EXCELLENT
