Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Dr. Haidar is the BEST!!

Love him!!! Dr. Haidar is the best doctor! My kids absolutely love him! He has been my kids doctor from birth (13+ years). You will not find a more caring doctor! There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew.

I have been a patient of Dr. Haidar's for 12 1/2 years. I have always been very pleased with the care he has provided for my children. He is very patient and understanding and easy to talk to. He is willing to take extra time with you, if needed, and will answer any and all questions you have. I always recommend him to friends and family and would recommend him to anyone with children in the Toledo area.
