They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say... This is the only pediatricians office I have gone to in the past 34 yrs, when Dr Batterson/Anderson had the practice... I would not consider going anywhere else.. Dr Messick and Thompson have been fantastic !!!

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. We have been with Dr. Thompson for 14 years now.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
