Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. My child absolutely loves all of the docotors and nurse practioners they are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. I have been taking my children there since moving in the area in August of 2005. Two are now grown adn I have one that still goes. They didn't want to leave to move on to adult practioners. Just a wonderful staff and they ensure you understand and answer any questiohns you may have.

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more.
