Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The office was easy enough to find. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
