I've been a patient of Dr Richards for 30 years and trust him and his staff. He has always been concerned with any personal issue and respects my feelings. The staff are so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I was very impressed. They have one of the best professionally staffed and loving staff. Dr. Richards always putts Putting their as his top here and it shows.

I called this office for an appointment. I was nervous because I was having some unusual bleeding. The receptionist was the rudest person I have ever spoken with. She refused to help me, put me on hold 3 times, gave me a bad attitude, yelled at me and then told me to call back when I had all of my husband's personal information. I couldn't believe that someone would be so rude when you are calling a doctors office to make an appointment.
