They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I have been a paitient of Chris Copeland's for many years and as far as I am concerned he is one of the best OBGYN's. I have been to different OBGYN's in the past and have stayed with Dr. Copeland due to the way his staff and he have treated me and I have sent my daughter's to him he has delivered my 3 grandchildren. This is an incredible group.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
