Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always dress so professionally here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I had a unique problem. He took the time to explain everything, even drew pictures for me. He also had a way of making me feel comfortable to openly discuss the very private issue.
