They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I do trust the MD as I have been her patient for 27 years. All my questions were answered. The level of care you get is really good. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

Dr Katz is always very concerned and even when not in the office she will get back with you through her staff to address your concerns. She is the best OB/GYN MD I have ever been to.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

The main doctor seemed uninterested in my problems, she had tone. I won't be going back. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.
