Dr. Brook is an excellent clinician who has provided me with wonderful medical care for 18 years. He has accurately diagnosed and efficiently treated a wide variety of issues. I was impressed with his ability to diagnose Grave's disease early in the course of my illness. I would highly recommend him to anyone including my family members. ( But try not to burden the system or crowd the waiting room! Be nice to him, he is a nice guy!)
He always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. He always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, I was encouraged to ask as many as I could. There was no rush to get me out and I left feeling very educated and informed. He makes an extra effort to get to know his patients and find out about their needs. He always remember me and make me feel very important. He was always kind and attentive to me.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.
