I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

They charge you for getting your OWN medical papers, even when its their fault you can't stay with them because they're booked up. They can't even make time for you. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

Dr. Kellner has been my GP for many years, (20+) and I treasure her. She diagnoses with care, and refers to excellent Specialists if it is a field beyond her extremely wide area of general expertise. In latter years, she's has her share of problems w/ support staff, creating lags in Rx orders, & she's almost always running about an hour behind schedule, but there are valid reasons. It must be difficult to get support people who care & will give your patients the care you want them to have. The new computer systems of putting Rxs through to pharmacies are not always working as they should. She runs behind sched. b/c she gives each patient all the time & care they require (within reason). I know that when my appointment begins, I'll get that same patient, attentive care. I am extremely grateful to have my Dr. She's the best.

One anecdote: a friend of mine came to Dr. Kellner 16 years ago w/ chest pains. He wanted her to give him pain meds. She said "What kind of Dr. would I be if I did that?" and sent him immediately to an emergency room where a heart aneurism and Marfan's Syndrome were diagnosed and treated. This friend died recently from a complication of his Marfan's Syndrome, but Dr. Kellner extended his life by 17 (seventeen) years by ordering him to the hospital when what he wanted was pain relief. She will always be my hero.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
