Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I didn't have to wait too long after I arrived for my appointment..which is a really big deal for me.Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited.

The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I saw nothing wrong with this pediatrician's bedside manner. They were nice enough, but my child doesn't really care for them. They aren't the most respected pediatrician in my community. Most of the parents don't recommend them. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back.
