The experience, as usual, was good. We had to wait a little longer than anticipated; however, Dr. Quinlan and nurse Shannon are awesome and did a wonderful job in caring for my baby during her emergency sick visit.

The staff is friendly and professional. I've only had one incident where a staff member was rude and misinformed a year ago. Otherwise, they are wonderful. Dr. Quenlin does a great job of educating her patients and their parents. My children feel that she is treating them with respect and understanding. Because of this, they are comfortable asking questions and value her guidance in their overall health. As a parent, I'm well informed about my children's health.
