They're very flexible with their appointment times and available extended hours. They're are occasionally able to fit me in as well. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. I always feel completely comfortable at their office. They were late a several times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time but I understand that sometimes their other appointments run over. I wish their appointment times were longer so that I didn't always feel rushed.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I spent probably two seconds in the waiting room. They didn't make me wait at all. They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call.

I've already started recommending them to people I know. They did such a great job. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay for my appointment. They have very affordable prices. They are definitely the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. I think they are the most knowledgeable, helpful psychiatrist in the field.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
