I went to this doctor after having a horrible experience with another Orthopedic Specialist. Dr Tomberlin was honest and the whole office was very good at taking time with me and explaining everything to me. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always help me with anything I need. They never complain or get rude if I need to call with any questions and are always very friendly and polite. I know I can always count on them. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The original Orthopedic Specialist I had seen was with a large well known practice with several offices and yet I received better and more personalized care from Dr Tomberlin and his staff. I would absolutely recommend him and would go back to him with no hesitation if the need ever comes up.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.
