They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. The office was easy enough to find. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I have been a patient of Dr. Merod for over 10 years now and I have found her committed to my health and well-being. They have taken time to answer all of my questions and I appreiciate that.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Great doctor, terrible office staff. Ongoing issues with filing insurance made it impossible to carry on with Dr. Merod (who is wonderful). Returned to Duke, who have more systematic way to file insurance and have had no issues since.
