Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give!

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
