I was referred to Dr. Pritchard after suffering for over 5 years with damaged nerves in my left foot and ankle. I had not been able to find any lasting resolution from the acute, chronic pain that I had been experiencing. Dr. Pritchard's skilled use of Radio Frequency Ablation was as close to a miracle as I'll ever get. After two treatments, the pain that had controlled my life was gone. The procedure(s) were not easy due to the extensive damage to my foot and ankle, but Dr. Pritchard was able to pinpoint the source of the problem and, basically, eliminate them. Dr. Pritchard and his staff are extremely courteous, gracious, and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Pritchard to anyone suffering intractable pain. And he's a great gentleman as well!

Just surfing the web and looking up information on my physicians, when I noted the previous comment. With a deer in the headlights look, I stopped to ponder on the thoughts and have concluded that it just takes all kinds. I guess this is the adult version of a temper tantrum. You have to trust your physician and his staff and FYI, I would call your insurance company back and take names to see if you have the right group to publicly criticize. I understand that everyone doesn't like everyone but Dr. Pritchard and his staff have been very kind with myself and my family. I understand it takes all kinds and have seen some surprising fits of anger from patients at the front desk but I will have to say my experience has been a pleasant one. I have followed his recommendations and have not once had to throw a fit. Thanks for the care I have received and would recommend his services to anyone. Thanks!

Dr. Pritchard is a knowledgeable doctor who spends time to get to really understand the problems of his patients. Unfortunately, he defers to his wife (who happens to be his nurse and office manager) to make decisions and allows her to literally kick patients out of his office. Doctor Pritchard recommended a surgical procedure to be done "ASAP" to relieve severe pain for me. His wife said my insurance denied the procedure and they would only do it if I gave them $1800 up front in cash. I called my insurance company and found out they would cover the procedure if the doctor filled out a preauthorization form. The doctors staff refused to fill out the form or call my insurance company again, and stated repeatedly that the only way to get the procedure was to pay $1800. Obviously I was very upset as I am in desperate need of pain relief. An argument ensued and I asked several times to speak to the doctor. His wife refused to let me talk to him and informed me that they would no longer treat me at all. They left me stranded in a lot of pain. His wife said in a very snooty tone, "I am his wife, honey and he believes and does everything I tell him". Apparently she does rule the roost, because she got him to sign a termination letter full of lies and make it part of my permanent medical record. Today when my husband went there to retrieve by medical records, there was an elderly woman who was also being kicked out of the practice. Dr. Pritchard is a good doctor, but he has no backbone and cannot stand up to his overbearing wife. He believes everything she tells him about his patients and is unwilling to hear the patients side of the story. My husband and I feel that wife is evil and cruel and is hurting patients by denying them care and trying to get cash only procedures.
