This place is so fantastic about involving patients in their treatment method. They were curious about any input I had and took everything I had to say to heart. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I didn't mind waiting to see the ENT because my chair was soooo comfortable. They really care about patient comfort at this office. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
