The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Dr Grappell is a very dedicated doctor. He discovered my cancer and he showed a great deal of concern and care.
