The staff is hectic and unorganized. Good luck trying to call for anything other then trying to get a simple appointment in; they will not call you back. The nurse that checked in me for Ford was AWFUL!! Worst nurse I have encountered. When reading my results from tests, right in front of me, both the nurse and doctor made inappropriate faces and comments (including "Oh my god" and "Eek!" that would have left anyone with mild
anxiety to severe anxiety in a full blown panic attack. Perhaps it's because Ford is a man, but he does not have the "HANDLE WITH CARE" touch a gynocologist should. His examination was crude; I was more of a piece of machinery then a living sensitive body that could be in pain from his man-handling technique.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
