They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. There was a serious error on a chart from a previous visit, and correcting it was somewhat of a hassle. I wish it had been easier to find the office, which is tucked into a small office building behind the main medical center.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly, welcoming. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience easier. I was impressed with my visit. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. Dr. Fe Mondragon and her staff are lovely.
