I have never been happier with a physician and their staff. I haven't always needed to speak directly to him and have on those occasions found his staff to be more than adequate. I have had repeat issues of the same thing (poison ivy & oak) and his staff was very receptive about the things I told them worked for me.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
