my appointments never get canceled last minute. They are extremely reliable. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.
they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
