The staff (girls in front office) are rude and obnoxious, they do not care about patient questions or concerns. Very negative attitudes! They are always "too busy" to answer questions or help, they quickly turn patients away as if they cant be bothered. They do not care about patients or try to figure out any questions you may have. They pass you on to other staff, still never getting a straight answer. They are confused about their job, not on point at all. They make patient feel as if they do not know what they are talking about when in actuality they are incompetent, making mistakes. They dont remember anything, "misplace" files and will not make the time to help you in a very rude manner. It is absolutely ridiculous.Total lack of communication and competency.
