I have to agree with one of the other reviewers. I felt that the doctor did not examine me fully, did not review my history and test results with me, rushed to a diagnosis without explaining her reasoning and walked out before my questions could be answered. Getting 15 minutes of her time after waiting almost 3 months for an appointment was truly shocking.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I've never thought of them as the type of doctor to go above and beyond. They help me as much as they need to, but they never go out of their way to help me. The staff was friendly, but I was dismissed for an unjust reason and either lied about or mistaken for someone else. During the few appointments I did have, I felt rushed, and like my concerns weren't important or needed, and when you wait two months to see a doctor in the first place, you like to feel like you matter. I'm sure many others have had great experiences, unfortunately I did not. I'm disappointed because I feel betrayed by a doctor who didn't take the time to really get to know me.
