Dr. Von Althen is great... I travel a half an hour to see her and have done so for several years, having been disappointed by doctors closer to me. I recently had a very nasty ulcerative colitis attack during pregnancy, and she was extremely supportive and helpful in a dangerous situation and I felt very safe in her care. I also have severe anxiety about my health and she is very understanding and patient. The office staff is friendly, and the environment is great!
