Wait time was non-existent, however I was utterly disappointed by the service received. The nurse who took my initial measurements asked me what my height and weight was. The reason I come for a physical is to have these measurements objectively measured. The nurse also immediately took my blood pressure immediately after bringing me into a patient room. Needless to say, my BP was recorded as abnormally high.

What's the point of getting a physical if the data collected is not accurate?

Lastly, getting a record of the physical has started to become a long and drawn out process. I just want to be an informed person of MY own health. That might be too much to ask for.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
