Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
